- Before we start: if you cancel before we’ve started on your files, we refund you in full.
- After we start: each logo is personalised to your specification, so we can’t refund it once work has begun. We will fix any mistake on our side for free.
- Wrong details: if you made a typo in your business name, tell us within 7 days and we’ll correct it at no cost.
- Payment problems: if you paid twice or paid the wrong amount, we refund the difference by EFT within 5 working days.
