How does the online customiser work?
Open any logo, type your business name (and tagline if you want one), pick colours and your preview updates live. When you’re happy, choose a bundle and add it to your cart.
Why is there a watermark on the preview?
The preview shows exactly how your logo will look, but it’s watermarked and low resolution to protect our designs. Your clean, full-resolution files are delivered after payment.
Can I make changes after I order?
Leave a note for the designer when you customise your logo. Small tweaks like spacing or a slightly different colour are included. Bigger changes may be quoted separately.
Will anyone else get the same logo?
Premade logos can be sold to more than one business, each with its own name and colours. If you need a one-of-a-kind design, contact us about exclusive rights or a custom logo.
Payment
How do I pay?
We accept EFT from any South African bank. After checkout you’ll see our banking details. Use your order number as the payment reference.
How long does payment take to reflect?
Usually the same day for same-bank payments, and up to 2 working days between different banks. Sending proof of payment to our email can speed things up.
Do your prices include VAT?
We are not VAT-registered, so there’s no VAT on our prices. The price you see is the price you pay.
Files and delivery
When do I get my files?
Logo Only and Essential Kit orders are ready within 24 hours after payment reflects. Pro and Full CI Kits get priority. We email you when they’re ready.
Where do I download my files?
Use the link in your email, or log in to My account and open your order. Email links expire after 30 days, but your account always has fresh links.
What file types do I get?
Transparent PNG, JPG, SVG vector and two colour variants. Bundles add the extra files listed for each bundle.
Can I use my logo for signage, vehicles and printing?
Yes. The SVG vector file scales to any size without losing quality, so it’s right for printers and sign makers.
